MySQL/sqlite3 C++ wrappers license agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT

FOR COMMERCIAL USE OF THE MYSQL/SQLITE3 C++ WRAPPERS

In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and conditions contained herein, the 
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a fully paid up, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to 
use source code generated by the sql2class tool from https://www.alhem.net/project/sql2class/, 
download any of the MySQL/sqlite3 C++ wrappers (Licensed Software) from the websites 
https://www.alhem.net/project/mysql/ and https://www.alhem.net/project/sqlite/ and other websites 
identified therein, to make copies of the  Licensed Software, to modify the Licensed Software and 
to use the Licensed Software and modified versions of the Licensed Software.  Licensee may 
sublicense, distribute and sell copies of the Licensed Software or modified versions of the 
Licensed Software to third parties only as part of an Integrated Product.  Integrated Product 
means the product that results from integrating a copy of the Licensed Software or modified 
versions of the Licensed Software with software or hardware applications owned by Licensee.  
Licensee may not sell or distribute the Licensed Software as a stand alone product.

Licensor is under no obligation to continue to keep the Licensed Software available for 
download by Licensee after Licensee has downloaded the Licensed Software one time.

The Licensed Software is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either 
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of 
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and 
performance of the program is with the Licensee.  In no event shall Licensor be liable for 
any damages, including any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising 
out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Software, including, but not limited to loss of 
data or data being rendered inaccurate, or losses sustained by Licensee or third parties (or 
for a failure of the program to operate with any other programs), even if Licensor has been 
advised of the possibility of such damages.
