2010-02-14: Switch to Subversion

I've moved to using subversion for my open source projects, converting the old CVS repository. Subversion offers many improvements over the old workhorse CVS, such as atomic commits, renaming objects without losing history, ability to work with folders, and probably more that I forget at the moment. The subversion server runs on a QNAP NAS solution with a 1 TB RAID-1 configuration.
